Puppy Process
-Puppies are chosen in order of deposit.
-We keep dewclaws intact (removal only on request)
-Deposits are non-refundable.
-No visitation until puppies are cleared by a veterinarian.

Delivery
If you are flying here to pick up your puppy, we can meet at these airports for no charge: RHI, CWA
$200 charge to meet at MSP or MSN airports
​
Wisconsin: We may be able to meet up to 2 hours but it is dependent on our schedule and the weather.
​
Central/East States: If you are out of state, we have a transporter that can deliver throughout the East coast and central states (no farther than Denver CO). Transporter fee is around $500.
​
West States: We would get quotes from a different transporter; fee would range $700-$1,000+ depending on distance.
​
Training
We would love to offer puppy training services to our new owners! The puppy would stay with us for a few more weeks and begin the basics. If you're interested in this, you can email us. It will be dependent on our upcoming schedules! Pricing will be based on training and length of time. We likely will not accept more than two puppies at a time.

Socialization
Puppies are raised in our home and are exposed to usual day to day activities. They meet dogs, chickens, rabbits, cows and goats. In the warm months they are introduced to water at our creek. They are around kids of various ages and experience the chaos of toddlers!​ We also use ENS + ESI

Waitlist
We have a waitlist formed before a litter is bred, the time frame can vary 1-3 months of when we expect the litter to be due. There is a reservation fee of $50 to reserve a spot on the waitlist. You must select a preferred gender and color for the litter, if we do not have enough of the color/gender, we will refund your reservation fee, or it can be transferred to another litter. Puppies are chosen in order of selection.

Birth
We will update those on our waitlist when the mama cycles, and we will be able to give accurate dates on when we expect the litter to be born, and when they will go home. When the litter is born, the remaining deposit is due. Deposits vary per litter but are $300 or $500. Deposits and reservation fees are non-refundable unless we do not have the gender/color. We accept payments through Venmo, CashApp and GoodDog.

Color guidelines:
We will not guarantee shades of fox-red or white/cream, deposit will not be refunded if puppy is slightly darker or lighter than wanted.

6 Weeks
We will do individual weekly puppy photos, and videos or personality descriptions as they develop. Their veterinarian exam and vaccinations are scheduled around 6wks of age, and they can be visited after the vet clears the litter. No pets are allowed to be brought to meet the litter, and puppy owners must do their best to protect our litter by avoiding sick/ill animals, and heavy dog traffic areas before visiting. Shoes can track in parasites and serious illnesses. Shoe coverings may be offered. ​​

Take Home Day
Around 8 weeks of age, we will schedule pickup times. We know their personalities well by this time and can help you select the pup that will be perfect for your lifestyle. Puppies are typically chosen by 6 weeks of age, but there may be a time that they will be selected at 8 weeks instead. Puppies go home with AKC paperwork, vet records, microchipped, dewormed, health guarantee, 30 days of insurance, toys, treats, food, and more.

Final puppy balance is due at this time. We accept cash only on go-home days. If your puppy is being delivered or remaining with us after 8 weeks of age, the balance is due at 8 weeks by Venmo or other app. We do not accept Zelle or PayPal.
